your tasks

Consulting & Relationship Building: You conduct empathetic initial conversations with interested parties, understand their life situation and advise them appropriately regarding our education offerings.

Lead Qualification: You realistically identify who is eligible for funding – and prioritize your leads strategically.

Deal Closer with Heart: You stay on it, motivate and accompany people until they make a binding course registration.

Interface with Job Centers & Agencies: You support the application for education vouchers and actively maintain contact with employment advisors.

Process Optimization in the Funnel: You think sales strategically, identify improvement potential and actively shape outcomes.

your skills

Sales DNA: You're excited about performance, want to see closures and tackle things independently.

Experience in digital sales: Ideally in B2C or education – you are experienced in handling many contacts simultaneously.

Structure & Impact: You work organized, goal-oriented and at high velocity.

CRM Know-how: Hubspot is not a foreign word to you, but your tool – deal stages, automations and forecasts are familiar to you.

People Skills & Passion for Education: You understand our target audience and want to empower people through education.

Communication Strength: You formulate precisely, convince with empathy and communic
