Legal Counsel (m/w/d) in Part-Time (20 Hours)

Your daily area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for contract management and ensure legally secure contract documents.
• For all questions regarding contract design and negotiation, you bring your expertise to the table and develop pragmatic solutions together with the business departments.
• As a legal contact person, you advise the management on strategic and operational decisions – particularly in contract law, employment law and corporate law matters.
• You analyze customer and supplier contracts and provide legal assessments to promote sustainable and secure business relationships.
• Building and maintaining a company-wide legal register belongs to your area of responsibility, as does the structured collection of all relevant contracts and documents.
• You identify legal risks and actively support the establishment and further development of compliance structures.
• In close cooperation with quality management, you support questions regarding ISO certification as well as the development of internal guidelines and requirements.
• Exchange with external law firms and consultants occurs regularly – you serve as the central point of contact for all legal matters with external partners.

Your competencies:

• You have successfully completed a degree in law, ideally with both legal state examinations.
• You have already gained initial relevant professional experience in a private sector company or in a law firm - experience in a startup or project environment is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• You have sound knowledge of contract law, employment law and corporate law as well as basic knowledge of compliance management.
• You can present complex legal matters in a practice-oriented and understandable way and develop pragmatic solutions together with the team.
• You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner and bring high initiative as well as enthusiasm for building new processes and structures.
• You are familiar with digital tools and modern IT-supported work processes and use them efficiently in your daily work.
• Absolute discretion and integrity are self-evident to you, as is a confident handling of sensitive information.
• You bring a strong understanding of economic relationships, business models and business processes.
