Responsibilities and assignments ("what you will do"):

• Manage the lifecycle of identities and accesses, covering hiring, internal movements and terminations.
• Administer processes of granting, modifying, reviewing and revoking access to corporate systems.
• Perform periodic reviews of permissions, identifying excessive, improper or incompatible accesses with functions.
• Support the construction and evolution of access matrices, policies and security controls.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in identity and access management processes.
• Develop and improve automations to make IAM processes more efficient, secure and scalable.
• Explore the use of Artificial Intelligence to support access analysis, anomaly identification and process optimization.
• Support audits and monitor governance and access compliance indicators.

Required qualifications ("what we are looking for")

• Practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of provisioning, deprovisioning and access review processes.
• Familiarity with concepts of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA and permission management.
• Knowledge of least privilege principles, segregation of duties and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Experience with access governance, risk analysis and Information Security controls.
• Knowledge of best practices and security standards, such as ISO 27001 and LGPD.

• Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Autonomy and responsibility in conducting activities and monitoring deliverables.
• Ease in working collaboratively with different areas of the company.
• Vision for continuous improvement, seeking to simplify processes without compromising security.
• Interest in innovation, automation and practical application of Artificial Intelligence.
• Good communication, attention to detail and willingness to learn and share knowledge.

Differentials

• Experience with IAM process automation, especially hiring, movements and terminations.
• Knowledge in scripts, APIs and integration between systems for flow automation.
• Experience with Identity Governance solutions (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Experience with applying Artificial Intelligence in permission analysis, anomaly identification or process optimization.
• Knowledge in data analysis, construction of indicators and governance dashboards.
• Participation in digital transformation projects, automation and evolution of Information Security controls.
